High temperature carbonization furnace

High temperature carbonization furnace

Introduction to high-temperature carbonization furnace products:

High temperature carbonization furnaces are widely used for sintering inorganic materials (such as ceramic seals, silicon carbide, zirconia, zinc oxide, alumina, etc.), as well as metal materials (such as hard alloys) in vacuum or protective atmospheres. They can also be used for purifying rare earth elements and their oxides and annealing sapphire. At the same time, high-temperature carbonization furnaces are also suitable for mass production in universities and research institutions.

The characteristics of high-temperature carbonization furnace products:

1. The 2300 ℃ ultra-high temperature furnace body is compatible with the carbonization heating process for fine, medium and coarse particle WC powder and composite materials.

2. A digital programmable intelligent temperature control system can be used, which can automatically and accurately complete the temperature measurement and control process. The system can heat up according to a constant temperature curve and store twenty different process heating curves of 400 stages.

3. Adopting a pure water cooling system and a digital flow monitoring system.

4. Using high-performance intermediate frequency contactors for automatic conversion of the furnace body.

5. A comprehensive PLC automatic control and protection system for water, electricity, and gas.

This system has significantly improved the quality of carbonization. Compared with traditional carbonization furnaces, it has advantages such as complete reaction, uniform particle size, high combined carbon content, and low free carbon content. In addition, it has high yield, good working conditions, and long service life.
