The vacuum brazing furnace uses vacuum resistance heating technology to generate heat through the heating system to reach the required temperature inside the furnace. Under high-temperature conditions, the base metal to be brazed undergoes a series of physical and chemical changes in the furnace to achieve firm brazing of the base metal and brazing filler metal.

Vacuum Brazing Furnace Description:

The vacuum brazing furnace uses vacuum resistance heating technology to generate heat through the heating system to reach the required temperature inside the furnace. At the same time, the control system can accurately control the heating temperature and time, providing an accurate temperature environment and time control for the brazing process. Under high-temperature conditions, the base metal to be brazed undergoes a series of physical and chemical changes in the furnace to achieve firm brazing of the base metal and brazing filler metal.

Application:

Vacuum brazing furnace is especially suitable for brazing products with the following requirements:
There should be no oxidation on the product after brazing, such as medical, aerospace, precision parts, etc.
Products require high strength and longer life. For example, diamond tools, PDC oil drill bits, various types of super-hard material cutting tools, etc.
The product has very high requirements for air tightness and brazing of various metals and non-metals, for example, multi-point brazing of copper water-cooled plates, tube-and-tube heat exchangers, etc.
It is also suitable for welding metals and non-metals, for example, ceramics and metals, ceramics and ceramics, etc.

Vacuum Brazing Furnace features:

It uses Molybdenum strips as the heating element, and the heat shield is a combination of molybdenum foil and stainless steel. The highest temperature can reach 1600℃.
Distribute the molybdenum heating belt annularly in the furnace and heated by radiation all around. The furnace temperature uniformity is high and can reach ±5℃.
Clean metal molybdenum furnace, equipped with mechanical pump + diffusion pump vacuum unit (optional molecular pump unit). The ultimate vacuum degree can reach 10-3Pa (no load, cold state)
The inlet of the vacuum system is equipped with a gas condensation phase inverter and a filter collection device. Prevent flux evaporation gas from contaminating the vacuum pump unit
The furnace body structure is vertical bottom loading, screw lifting, double-layer water-cooled furnace shell
The main components are imported from well-known brands, with high measurement and control accuracy.
Can work under vacuum (high vacuum, ultra-high vacuum) or atmosphere (reaction atmosphere, inert atmosphere) conditions
Fully automatic control, human-machine interface operation, full data monitoring and storage, safety interlocking, automatic alarm
