The furnace body material of the atmosphere sintering furnace is a vacuum formed high-purity aluminum oxide multi-component lightweight material, with high operating temperature, small heat storage capacity, fast heat and cold resistance, no cracks or slag droplets, good insulation performance, reasonable structure, and double layer furnace sleeves and air-cooled heat dissipation, which can greatly shorten the testing cycle.
The atmosphere sintering furnace is mainly used for vacuum and atmosphere sintering of silicon carbide, ceramics, hard alloys, powder metallurgy, tungsten, molybdenum, aluminum nickel cobalt permanent magnets, SMCO5, SM2CO17, as well as aluminum iron boron, titanium alloys and other alloy materials.
